What you will be doing:

Our Amazon chat assistants help customers resolve issues with orders and payments. These may involve checking Amazon payments or otherwise resolving simple issues. Other duties may include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You will help people find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Rate: $37 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: You can work remotely online from United States.
